Business Listing Agreement / Terms of Listing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a business listing or by allowing your business information to be displayed on www.mtfuji.travel (operated by Supernova ), you (“Business Owner” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Listing . If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit or allow your business information to be published.

2. Purpose of Listing

The purpose of this directory is to provide travelers and visitors with accurate and helpful information about local businesses related to travel, accommodation, dining, activities, and other relevant services.

Listings are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Supernova.

3. Submission of Information

If you choose to submit your business information directly:

  • You confirm that all details provided are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You grant Supernova the right to publish, edit, or remove your listing at any time without prior notice.
  • You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your business information (e.g., address, phone number, hours of operation).

We also reserve the right to verify and update listings using publicly available sources or third-party information.

4. Content Ownership and Accuracy

  • All content submitted becomes part of our database and may be used across our platforms for promotional and informational purposes.
  • We are not responsible for inaccuracies caused by outdated or incorrect submissions from business owners.
  • Supernova does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.

5. Right to Modify or Remove Listings

Supernova reserves the right at its sole discretion to:

  • Edit, modify, or enhance any listing
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently remove any listing
  • Refuse submission of a new listing

Reasons may include but are not limited to: outdated information, complaints from users, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Supernova be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the inclusion or use of a business listing
  • Errors or omissions in business information
  • Changes made by business owners that have not been communicated to us

Your participation in this listing is entirely at your own risk.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

Our site may include links to external websites or social media profiles associated with your business. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Termination of Listing

Upon receipt of such a request, we will remove the listing within a reasonable time frame.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Listing shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and India . Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures in these jurisdictions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Listing at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued presence of your business listing after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
